These terms apply when you use the No More Restarting website, diagnostic, emails, or paid accountability sprint.
The service
No More Restarting provides general educational and accountability support designed to help adults follow their own habits and plans more consistently. Features may include a self-assessment, general prompts, planning tools, and scheduled check-ins. Specific inclusions shown at checkout form part of your order.
Not healthcare
The service is not medical care, dietetic care, psychotherapy, counselling, diagnosis, or clinical treatment. We do not prescribe diets, medicines, or treatment and do not promise a particular health or weight outcome. See the full health disclaimer.
Eligibility and your responsibilities
You must be at least 18 and able to enter a binding agreement. You are responsible for deciding whether an activity is appropriate for you, providing accurate information, protecting access to your email, and seeking qualified professional advice where needed. Do not use the service for an emergency.
Price and payment
The founding 4-week sprint is offered for a one-time price of €99 unless the checkout clearly states otherwise. Taxes, currency conversion, and payment terms are shown at checkout. Payment is due before the paid service begins.
Scheduling and participation
Check-in timing and delivery method will be confirmed after purchase. You remain responsible for participating and responding. If you miss or delay a check-in, we will make reasonable efforts to continue the remaining service, but unused time does not automatically extend the four-week period.
Cancellations and refunds
Refund requests are handled under our refund conditions. Nothing in these terms limits consumer rights that cannot legally be excluded.
Acceptable use and intellectual property
Do not misuse, disrupt, scrape, resell, or attempt unauthorized access to the service. The website, diagnostic, written materials, and branding are owned by or licensed to No More Restarting. Your purchase gives you a personal, non-transferable right to use supplied materials for your own purposes.
Availability and liability
We aim to provide the service with reasonable care and skill, but availability may occasionally be interrupted. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not responsible for indirect or unforeseeable losses or for decisions made contrary to professional advice. We do not exclude liability that cannot legally be excluded.
Changes, law, and contact
We may update these terms for future use of the service. The mandatory consumer protections and laws applicable where you live continue to apply. Questions can be sent to the support address in your order or result email.
